About Schkinny Maninny's Fitness Meals, Healthy Food Guide & Fitness Food
Schkinny Maninny was born when a couple of gym junkies and BIG lovers of food figured it was high time for someone to start producing some meal options that DID NOT fit into any of the following categories:
- Frozen, and hidden in a cardboard box (with glorious pictures, but we all know what they really look like…)
- Greasy quick takeaway, with beef from places on a cow we should never talk about;
- Weightloss shakes – how can someone possibly think that would be fun?
As much as we love cooking (did I mention we LOVE food), sometimes it is just not the best use of time. We can all put on weight and then lose it, get fit and then lose fitness, but if we are honest, it is TIME that we can never get back. Schkinny Maninny wants you to enjoy your time:
- So don’t cook;
- Don’t waste it trying to educate yourself about what foods you should and shouldn’t eat;
- Don’t waste it in a supermarket reading millions of labels and trying to figure out what is actually in everything;
- Don’t ruin the results from that awesome workout by eating something that could be bad for you.
