Schkinny Maninny runs their kitchen out of Neutral Bay, Sydney, Australia! We run our little space, with all our fridges, juicers, blenders, bottles and eskies,  and people madly squeezing, chopping, peeling, blending, pouring, refrigerating and delivering! It can be a very VERY hectic little place sometimes, but nothing beats the amazing smell of freshly juiced rockmelon (it smells a little like fruity bubblegum) or the smell of fresh oranges when you cut the skin off!
