How does it work?

During the program you get 6 fresh juices/soups/smoothies made from fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, delivered fresh every day for your 3 or 5 day program. The 6 juices each day meets the daily energy requirements, containing about 1700 calories across the day (including natural fats, carbs and proteins). The juices are designed to be had in a specific order based on your digestion patterns, and each juice has certain cleansing, healing, protective and regenerative properties from it’s all natural ingredients.

Schkinny Nutritional juices are 600mls each, and they contain a range of different fruit and vegetables – anything from apples, oranges, melons, cucumber, spinach, parsely, mint, lentils, beetroot, lemons, almonds, linseeds, cashew nuts and everything in between!

You only have these juices, herbal teas and lots of water. Each day we also give you a little container of seeds to chew on (this will get your jaws moving so you don’t miss chewing too much!)

Every day you will receive a “Cleanse Buddy” guide, together with daily email information updates of your Schkinny Nutritional Cleanse program. These have some really useful information on what the body is going through. The Cleanse buddy is explains what is happening to the body, just like there is a friend with you who has done it all before. The “Cleanse Buddy” guide will also have some Do’s and Don’ts for your cleanse. We want our customers to know that we are here, and we want to be the support to help them get through this. It really is such an awesome experience!
 

During a 3 or 5 day Cleanse, you will also receive a little starter gift bag.  This includes some detox tea bags, a detox bath soak, a tub of psyllium husk for added fibre and a loofah mit to dry brush your skin. 

We deliver to your home or office in the mornings anywhere between 5am and 9am.  If we are delivering to your home it tends to be on the earlier side, and if we are delivering to the CBD, it tends to be on the later side.  You will receive an esky each morning, you will need to refrigerate your juices during the day as we do not pasteurise or add any preservatives to the juices.

Do you live outside of 10km from CBD?  Our delivery schedule is a little different.  You will receive two days deliveries at a time the night before.  We will contact your to confirm the delivery schedule.  Please contact us if you have any questions, cleanse@schkinnymaninny.com.au
