Our Juice And Dinner Cleanse is a combination of juices, soups made from a combination of fruits, vegetables nuts and seeds PLUS a healthy, portion controlled vegetarian meal. The juices are delicious as they combine fruits and vegetables for tastiness and health.  The soups are lovely and you also get your protein and unsaturfated fats from nuts and seeds.  PLUS your meal contains approximately 100g of a low GI carbohydrate, 100g of vegetable protein, and the rest of fresh vegetables.
