Our Standard Cleanse is a combination of juices, soups and smoothies made from a combination of fruits, vegetables nuts and seeds. The juices are delicious as they combine fruits and vegetables for tastiness and health.  The soups are lovely and you also get your protein and unsaturated fats from nuts and seeds.
