Juices in focus

This week I want to focus on a set of juices that I would consider my absolute faves!

They are each full in flavour, rich in antioxidants, rich in vitamin A and C, and very rich in carotenoids.  I call them my beauty regime for my insides:

Triple C

The Triple C has got carrot, apple, cucumber and celery.  To make this juice we use about 3 lebanese cucumbers, 4 carrots, 1 and half apples and 4 sticks of celery.  I love this one as it has lots of cucumbers, which are rich in silica and very good for healthy hair, skin and nails.  The celery helps to reduce fluid retention and the carrots are rich in Vitamin A for a healthy skin glow and to help fight premature ageing.

Greens & Beets

The Greens & Beets is made from beetroot, carrot, lemon and spinach.  To make this juice we use a handful of spinach, 1 lemon, 2 beetroots and 5 carrots.  Whilst this one is less sweet than the others (this is one of our Low Fruit range), the natural earthy sweetness of the beetroot combined with the citrus tang of the lemon still makes for a delicious combo.  I love this one as it has the dark leafy green carotenoids from the spinach, and from the carrots and from the beetroot.  This is really a beauty serum in a juice bottle.

 Beet Froot Tingle

The BFT as we like to call it, Big Friendly Taste, as a great easy drinking combination of beetroot, carrot, apple and ginger.  About 6 carrots, 3 beetroots, 1 and half apples and a thumb size piece of ginger make up this juice.  This juice is bursting with Vitamin A and Vitamin C and is great for keeping the skin really glowing with a healthy looing “vegetable tan”.
