Stay warm and satisfied…. And healthy…

All of a sudden Winter seems to have kicked in with force!  It seemed to be sunny and lovely, and during the day times I was still rocking little summer dresses, but BOOM, now it is freezing.  Yuck!

When I quit coffee, I found the hardest thing was early mornings in winter.  We get up stupidly early to juice and deliver, so when I are jumping out of cozy warm bed, I really looked forward to a hot cup of coffee to keep me warm and wake me up.  Despite being an avid herbal tea drinker, it just didn’t cut the mustard during those early morning shifts.  So I turned to raw cacao.  I just have a heaped teaspoon, fill with hot water, a dash of almond milk or soy milk and a teaspoon of agave nectar.  Delicious!!
